SEO Easy Tutorial: Add Meta Tag and Meta Description in Blogger Blog

Today I am going to discuss about meta tag and meta description. Meta tag and meta description is important things for search engine optimization and extremely effective to search engine ranking. Many bloggers do not know how to add meta tags and meta description in Blogger Blogspot. Meta Tag and Meta Description are placed inside the head section. You put meta tag and meta description relevant to your blog content and tells the search engines what your site is about. Meta description is an HTML element that describes the web page. Limit meta description tag to home page. Meta tags will not be displayed on the page.

Step 1 : Login to Blogger Blog Account

Step 2 : Next Go to >> Dashboard

Step 3 : Now Go To >> Template >> Edit Html

Step 4 : Find the below code with the help of Ctrl + F <head>

Step 5 : Copy and paste after this line the following code:

Step 6 : Now save template. Add your blog description, add your author name and keyword.
